Judith E. Golitko

Judith E. Golitko was born in Miami County, Indiana, in 1946. Ms. Golitko originally began her legal career as a paralegal in 1965. Over a span of her paralegal career, she worked in many areas of law, including probate, estate planning, personal injury, social security disability, family law, and corporate business transactions.

Ms. Golitko also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Indiana University-Kokomo and is a licensed Registered Nurse. Ms. Golitko worked full-time as a med-surg floor nurse at St. Joseph Hospital-St. Vincent Health in Kokomo, Indiana, until returning to school to obtain her law degree. In 2006, at age 59, she graduated from Indiana University School of Law and was admitted to the Indiana bar. Ms. Golitko now focuses her practice in the areas of social security disability and medical malpractice.

Judy is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, Indiana State Bar Association, Howard County Bar Association, and Miami County Bar Association. She is licensed to practice law in the Indiana State and Federal Courts and before the Social Security Administration. She is also a member of the American Association of Nurse Attorneys, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, and Indiana State Nursing Association.
