Matthew M. Golitko

Matt Golitko was born in July of 1975 in Kokomo, Indiana. He graduated from Maconaquah High School in Miami County in 1993. He played Basketball and Baseball in the Patriot League for Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania. Mr. Golitko graduated from Lafayette College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Business, and a Minor in Music in 1997.

Mr. Golitko graduated from Nova Southeastern Law School in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in 2000 and passed the Indiana Bar Exam and began his practice after being admitted to the Indiana Bar that same year. 

Matthew focuses his practice in the areas of Worker's Compensation, Employment Law (more specifically wrongful and retaliatory discharges), Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Claims, and Medical Malpractice.

He is currently Chairman of the Workers Compensation Section of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and sits on the Board of Directors with several of Indiana's top rated trial lawyers. 

Matthew has handled a wide variety of injury cases throughout his career.  He has handled complicated workers compensation issues involving medicare set asides, social security disability off sets, and several lien issues involving medicare, medicaid, and a variety of other issues that arise in the world of workers compensation.  He helps injured workers recover lost wages, medical cost and treatment, and permanent impairments and disabilities that result from serious work accidents.

He has taken on insurance companies and hospitals and nursing homes in medical malpractice claims involving accidental overdoses, sub-standard care cases, nursing home neglect and falls, many resulting in loss of life and limbs. 

Mr. Golitko has represented hundreds of clients in a variety of automobile, motorcycle, trucking, and many other car accident injury cases and wrongful death cases and helped them to receive the compensation they deserved.
