Attorney to Attorney Referrals
Many times law firms that deal with areas of law outside of Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability, and Medical Malpractice come across these type of cases. Many times the uncertainty of the changing laws and the insurance industry in general can be overwhelming and create uncertainty in trying to keep these cases in-house.
At Golitko & Daly, P.C., we work with many referring attorneys in various arrangements, such as co-counsel or of counsel. The Rules of Professional Conduct control these arrangements and require certain action on our behalf, as well as the referring attorney.
Some clients may have a long relationship with a particular lawyer that does not handle these types of injury cases. This is actually very common. We have worked along side of attorneys that have deep seeded relationships with clients and work together to bring about a desired result or outcome that can be beneficial to everyone involved.
