John P. Daly

Mr. John Daly has a focused practice representing Indiana workers in complex construction accidents and litigation.  He has represented many injured workers around the state of Indiana and throughout the country, holding employers accountable for severe injuries or deaths that could have been prevented on the construction site.

Judith Golitko

Mrs. Judith Golitko concentrates her practice in the areas of social security disability and medical malpractice. She is an Indiana registered nurse and a licensed attorney in the state of Indiana.

Mrs. Golitko was a medical surgical nurse before becoming a practicing attorney, and uses her education, background, and skills as a registered nurse to evaluate your claim for denied social security disability benefits. Jared Harts

Mr. Jared Harts handles litigation involving work injury cases, with a strong focus on product liability cases.  He has an engineering degree that he puts to use in construction and other work related cases that involve defective products, lifts, and other malfunctioning construction equipment and devices.  Mr. Harts also handles various workers’ compensation issues throughout Indiana.  Mr. Harts has been involved in significant national litigation cases involving product liability during his career.
