An Indiana Iron Worker from Valparaiso Indiana died in an accident at ArcelorMittal Steel West Indiana Harbor. Michael Samuelson, 39, died of blunt force trauma near the mill’s basic oxygen furnace. OSHA currently has the matter under investigation and fines have not yet been assessed.
